@Marcus Auerbach How many hours of active management per week would you say it realistically takes to manage 50 units yourself?

I currently have sold a few residential homes in my time as a realtor, but I'm more-so looking to become an active real estate investor and agent.

In fact, most of the pro-Tardus posts in this thread are from folks who had very little previous activity on BP.

This seems like the most active Portugal string.

@Heather Bailey When house hacking with a separate rental unit, ensure proper insurance by obtaining landlord or short-term rental coverage tailored for Airbnb activities, in addition to your primary residence policy.

Seems to me cohesive set of laws and rules regarding this activity would benefit  both the public and those that want to engage in the activity.  

Low insurance" is concerning to me, as Athens gets a LOT of high wind / weather / tornado activity for unknown reasons - they just got hit again last weekend. 

Anyone actively flipping in LA/ SoCal?
