I acknowledge the approach of many in the BP community to buy properties aggressively,  but we opted to go slow on our first three properties and paid them off in full.  

The terms of the agreement state it is transferable if the new buyer signs an acknowledgement of the terms (or something to that effect).

I too want to step out and take advantage of my own acknowledge and experience in this market that I love so much.

To add to Jeffrey Breglio's post,Make sure you have the sellers acknowledge in writing that you do not represent them.  

Your plan is solid, and the fact you acknowledge the need for a mentor says a lot about your maturity - way to go!

You even told other tenants not to block or use her space, so that acknowledges that the parking space has been provided for her use.
