The money is good, but do not see us being able to retire anytime soon.

I have no objection to footing part of the bill to get over the hump.

Since LO sellers are usually more motivated than a conventional seller, they either already have another house or are willing to rent for a while to get over that hump.

Overall, once we were all done, we made over $300/hour on this deal and that was despite us being new and learning as we went.

I know the basics of wholesaling but really need a coach to get over that first hump.

If the floor is humped you can repair the spot effected by demo and replacing  and then sanding entire floor. 

But should I want to run this business like a business and with my proximity to the US being an issue, I thought having some sort of system would help the business in keeping things better organised.

I think that is the constraining factor for most people and what holds businesses back until they can get over the hump.
