Youngstown as a metro region is still on the decline.

I’m interested in doing long term rentals using the BRRRR strategy, but curious to learn what others are doing.It’s gonna be hard if not impossible to get the margin to brrrr pretty much anywhere in the region, would recommend more turn key & house hack. 

BRRRR is a great strategy, and the Midwest can be a good region to invest in.

They do not want to work from home every day, but also do not want to make the long commute to the office.Thus, it seems to me that there is good reason to believe that small office spaces, including for small local/regional firms, services firms, and co-working spaces near large suburbs will see a steady increase in demand with little net new supply for the next several years. 

--Central Valley Regional Center has a well regarded cardiac program and several other hospitals in the area.  

And because the information was not specific to my region, sometimes it was incorrect. 

My biggest hurdle to overcome is the fact that I work a job that requires me to move every couple months regionally in the south east, currently working this job to learn construction and it allows me to also put away more into saving then most.
