Umbrella insurance is always good to get - you'll sleep better.

Do you have already a good liability and umbrella insurance policy that will cover you fairly for a broad range of issue?

When I talked to my accountant, she discussed putting my portfolio under an LLC umbrella so I can take full advantage of the tax breaks and depreciation.

I went with 500k liability on the property, and added a separate umbrella policy with my existing car/home insurance for 1M, totaling 1.5M.

Have the correct insurance to cover STR activity in your home (Proper and CBIZ are the two major players in that area) AND have an umbrella policy in place.  

All cash flow but don’t know how I can get these under my umbrella.

The Series LLC structure allows the creation of separate entities, or individual series, under the umbrella of the Series LLC.

The way we've structured the ownership, we personally own the property (we have a personal umbrella policy), and lease the entire property to our business for $1500, which then subleases it. 

As your assets increase you may want to get a personal umbrella policy (PUP) to cover any additional liability.
