Communicate with your tenant on tasks you are uncertain about and confirm if there are comfortable living with fixes you completed or if they would like a professional.

I realized I hadn't thought about it, but it will likely be working professionals, students, or families.

Educate yourself with books, podcasts, and market research, define your goals, and build a team of professionals to support your journey.

Understanding the tax benefits of pre-tax contributions, cost recovery, real estate professional status, legacy goals, etc are all part of the equation and should be considered. 

And it has been gaining recognition as a vibrant, desirable place to live, especially for younger professionals and first-time buyers. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I got a letter and it just didn't seem professional in that there were grammar errors, etc. so it made me leery. 

Such actions are wholly unacceptable and should not be tolerated within any professional environment.The discrepancies between the program's marketing claims and the actual conduct of its top students, as exemplified by Kristin Witherspoon, are deeply troubling.
