My advice if you could build a small team with payment of 50% or some sort of percentage of your spreads as payment .8 director of your marketing campaigns it will be that employees job to buy things like the Deal Automator that makes marketing easier and more consolidated and less all over the place Carry what did Deal Automator does is take all tools you need as an REI and consolidated into one platform

don't want to post any of those details from their Webinar until the deal is closed, wouldn't wish to scuttle/affect their deal other than they are assuming agency fixed debt at a good rate.but they don't mention what percentage of tenants are section 8, but do say that Sponsor has specific experience in this class of MF, don't mention if they are putting any capital into the deal nor capital call provisions, they most likely specify all that in their Offering Memorandum, which i have not requested, as I didn't think the returns quite merited the risk right now.

Maybe a beginner wholesaler would be cool with something like that.But for us, we wouldn’t partner with an end buyer unless we’re getting a percentage of the profit on the backend, and it has to be a lot more than the wholesale fee for that property.

If it is a regular rental, draw up paperwork that clearly outlines how much money they lent you, when it will be paid back and how much (eg if you buy a house for $400K and 10 years later they move out and it sells for $500K-do they get a percentage of the profit (after taxes and costs)?
