People of this religion will not buy a house if a death occurred inside.When I sold a house in CA after my mom died under in house hospice the realtor put right in the MLS listing that there was a death in the house so that people who were not interested did not come for a viewing.

He did say some things I agree with (millennials buying more rentals etc)  and some things I don't agree with.As far as his Scientology ties, look I know it has its controversy, but we shouldn't knock someone for their religion until it starts harming others.
