The processor keeps making mistakes with the wire with spelling errors etc and now they say the two software systems Bank and investment company cannot integrate.  

Take short-term rentals - they do provide several tax benefits, but they are hard to run and very hard to succeed at so people make the mistake of choosing the tax vehicle, get the benefit, and then lose money on the investment and hate it.

I made enough mistakes to cause enough pain so that I crawled into a corner and curled up in the fetal position for 30 years.

You should be able to learn from their mistakes and avoid them.Can you buy a 2-4 family, live in one unit and rent out the others?

Its not easy but its possible you just need to talk to people who have done it before and learn from their mistakes and help minimize yours.

You are about to learn the hard way (if you had not posted in here), that you are making a mistake with your strategy!

It should really help you avoid a lot of mistakes other out of state investors make here.

Once they realize the mistake they made they’re too embarrassed to acknowledge this openly so you mainly hear about the cheerful student  “success” stories which the next wave of naive victims rely on.
