Document everything and if you believe the locks are changed take along a lock smith enter and change the locks.

Hi, I have a cylinder lock that, when I showed a picture  to a couple locksmiths, is supposedly incompatible with any smartlocks because the door is too thin where the lock is located.

If it were a locksmith, it would be part of the charge for changing locks which could be done in one hour ($60 in my market).

If it allows entry... usually with some pre-notification... send her a letter, certified and first class... tell her you are coming in at a specific date and time... hire a lock smith, bring the police and then exercise your rights as a landlord.If your lease don't contain an entry clause... make sure that the next one does.Best of luck!

Will need a locksmith to release the riding gate padlock etc.For a while it seemed they were never gonna get a rental but i had to brag about them when the next landlord called.

They will assist/meet you at the property "with persistence"... and allow you to change the locks(have a locksmith ready to assist).

This way we can easily set new pins for new tenants, don't have to call locksmiths, can create pins for handymen/cleaners, etc2.

We were not able to get in to see the house, and of course because it is bank owned, the listing agent wont be able to get a locksmith in until Monday.The part that seems fishy, is that both properties had offers on them within days of going on the market, and both were listed for well below market value, likely to get lots of offers quickly.
