Something to watch if you are mindful of the government being over-involved in nearly every single LLC registration.

My lender suggested moving a multi-family from my personal name to an LLC immediately post-closing via quit claim deed.

DSCR is just a simple way of purchasing an investment property when you do not qualify using personal income (Paystubs, W2s, etc..) or you want to close in the name of an LLC.  

Do I need to make an LLC?

For example:If a wrote up a contract between myself and the LLC for a loan on said money and the LLC was sued and forced to sell the property.

Now for the land being sold, it is owned by All Finance LLC, Finance All LLC, The Land Office, etc.

One thing that's worked really well for me is looking through county deed records of the addresses that the LLC's are being housed under.I'd say 50% of the time the LLC address leads to a residential property, that I can then skip trace.
