This was the time when the culture in India was still that people usually moved out of the house only after getting married.

I would even say that ownership in real estate as an investment has become a norm- a culture shift of sorts.

If so, you might be able to create a better culture than what would normally be found at such a complex.You should follow the previously mentioned advice about the 30 year loans.
