Look out for those greedy lawyers.    

Sure, there are unsophisticated investors who will bite at such comp structures, but I can do deals all day long w/o those fees, and have seen a direct correlation between lead greediness and their difficulty in fully subscribing their private placements.

So I was not too greedy and left equity and cash-flow for a cash investor.  

You have to be a little greedy but help other people solve their problems.

I am a very fair individual, and not greedy in the least bit, so normally on JV partnerships I split 50-50.

Policy loans against the death benefit can be very advantageous for purchases of properties outright, supply a down payment, or use as collateral so those greedy banks cant be so greedy, etc.

I am trying not to be greedy, and am glad this is nearing a close, I found a good roofer and the job will be completed today.
