single family homes in the city are a relative bargain right now, depending on school district...

My name is Dayton Bishop and I recently graduated high school and currently attend the college of southern Maryland.

My situation: I graduated college in May 2024 and started a FT position at a public accounting firm in September.

There are a lot of people working from home and/or home schooling and looking for a room that would work for them.

I have to pay driving school and they alway charge to much for a few lesson.

I also notice a lot of the school systems are not rated that well.

Broken Arrow has good schools and a suburban feel, making it attractive for families, which could give you stable tenant demand.

Actually the comps say $600k but I don't think I could get that as it will need a new roof soon and there is asbestos siding that is still in good shape, but it is still a liability) I am still in the home until my youngest graduates in three years, but she is the only one left and when she is not with me (50% of the time) I am at what will be our forever home in NH.
