You're wrong, it's a "POCKET VETO" it is not in place, it was caught at the White House According to the news, it was a Rebublican sponsored bill (generally anything that would be a big plus for banks and wall street will be from that side of the isle) , there was no public discussion and it passed with flying colors, the White House caught the deficiencies and how it would effect the situation and it is now dead.

Wow, there is an old joke in the title insurance world about a bank who kicked back a title examination by an attorney who only went back to the Louisiana purchase and the reply given by the attorney educating the banker of the Spanish acquiring the western world, deeded by the Queen who had been given rights by God.Someone owned that land 50 years ago and there have been title deficiencies older than that causing problems and more money to cure than a title policy.

Some inspectors seem to try to make their customer feel they got their "money's worth" out of an inspection - by finding items deficient of enough total value to equal or exceed the cost of the inspection.
