What problems are people having right now due to coronavirus?

I do not have the coronavirus, and I have not lost my job. 

She's a nurse and is invoking corona virus card....

I'd also like to mention there is the possibility of the Coronavirus relapsing again before the end of the year. 

How is everyone feeling about flipping homes during coronavirus mess?

I suspect both airports and airplanes have a lot virus, that many people got their coronavirus either in the flight or the airports, then the inflected people spread it to the community after they land.  

It's totally possible that they either  (a) buyers/seller are appropriately scared and prices reflect the actual risk or (b) sellers of hotel real estate aren't particularly spooked by coronavirus and, combined with low interest rates + institutional "dry powder."

Hi Jim, I'm not an expert on buying notes, but I see no reason for you not to flush out these deals despite the coronavirus pandemic.
