I have always considered it my home and my mom and the products of her 8 siblings all live there, scattered all over the south hills.

I will have to cash out three siblings and do maybe $40000.

The executor also has 2 other siblings and they are to split the proceeds of the sale between the 3 of them.

Regarding the above post, I have actually tracked down owners of abandoned properties and heard from them that their siblings were bickering over the options for the property so it wasn't on the market.

And actually just before all of this came crashing down my sibling and I decided to take real estate investing to a new level, and decided to become registered as a LLC real estate investing company (obviously now at a stand still), which I have even considered the company trying to purchase one of the properties.  

He actual knew the sellers and I think part of it was to help them out but also make some money.The sellers (siblings) are older (60's) and they inherited the properties. 

The rest of the family, his kids and siblings,  are on board, as the owner is elderly, the house is in need of serious rehab that he can't do, and he would like to move on.
