Some places to look for leads may be the Chamber of Commerce (often they get contacted by companies looking to move into the area), Professional assocations (look for announcements of new offices to find those who are expanding), and Network, Network, Network.

@Halle Hughes from that photo the sash guide looks to be that from a "sash pack", which seeing the insulated glass pack I would guesstimate the original single pane's were removed and those put in via "sash-pack's" which means the weight chambers were never insulated, or any of the frame voids.

look for area appreciations, business expansion, chamber data, room rents, taxes, hoa, etc....and look for a sfr with garage apt or something similar or something you can park at travel trailer on to rent out... lots of options other than just sfr/dups
