I define small business owners as people who employ w2 employees.

I am a co-host in Dallas and Waco, TX and I have an idea of what types of owners and properties I want in my co-host portfolio----and with each client/property I learn which qualities are working for my business setup or what qualities I need to be working on to upskill.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice starting off with this business model.

Business leaders can’t stop talking about this “pro-business administration” that is coming on January 20th.

., zoning exceptions for business in a primary residence, city lots for sale for under $15,000.  

I still have a hard time understanding how this business model works for them, but perhaps that upfront fee covers for lack of deal flow (?)

.- why would an owner want to do business with someone NOT properly licensed?

*I'm a property manager, not an owner, so I do have a 3rd account for business expenses as required here in Oregon.There are a plethora of software/apps out there for managing properties and funds.

I have known exactly one in my 10 years in the business.
