Once you do build out a solid team with cleaners, virtual assistants, etc, and automate the check-ins and check-outs, it can be lucrative at scale.

Hi @Aldo Balatti, yes there are many people who find success in remotely managing properties and many actually do it without the need for a full turnkey property management using various systems, automation, and other relationships to help them succeed. 

Still looking for an automated tool for STR regs where I can just plug in a zip code or address and it will layout all the current restrictions in seconds. 

Excel is not useful for collection rent and automating things like leases and credit checks all in one pace that is for sure.
