People claim it is a great hedge against inflation / fiat currency, but what about gold or silver which have been used as mediums of exchange and stores of value since ancient times. 

I reminded everyone it was there by purchasing it.So look at those ancient listings on the MLS.

Fortunately for me my ancient units are not suitable for even considering opening up, but they're what people expect in old neighborhoods.
