While I can’t promote my company directly, I’m looking to connect with cash buyers in key markets such as Florida, Arizona, Michigan, Alabama, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.I’d love to hear from anyone who has successfully built relationships with cash buyers.What strategies or platforms have you found most effective for connecting with them?

Hi @Loren Cota - I just wrapped up a wholesale transaction on the Big Island yesterday north of Kona.

There are other counties in sub markets in north GA that have put max restrictions on how many STRs they are allowing.  

I'm a investor just north of Dayton and I'm working on purchasing a zombie foreclosure right now.

The last 5 or 6 years you had to go up north to go snowmobiling and nobody around here owns one anymore.Last year we had a good amount of snow only for 3 weeks in January (perfect timing, because I was riding a motorcycle down to the end of South America and totally missed it, so as my wife likes to point out I never had to shovel the driveway once the entire winter.

I would say stay in  North East Jackson amd Pockets of South Jackson and the Suburbs. 2.

I have a Duplex that's performing poorly in north salt lake.

My equity in the property is 80%.The property is in north east, San Antonio, its a 5B, 2.5 bath, 2784 sqft, Lot 6969 sqft  15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the Airforce training base .
