Do you salt every visit or restrict that to only certain times/times?

Depending on the parking area you get is to have assigned spaces for the tenants and visitors.

I found a single family home nearby with overgrown grass and a winterization notice plastered all over the door and windows, this house clearly screams foreclosure.However, when I look the house up, the owner is listed as a person, that same name matching the name on the mailbox.

Are there a lot of visitors? 

I have one long term rental here in Missoula and I have an acquaintance here who is building on a lot in a hot part of town (for university folk and visitors) and I am trying to convince him to consider vacation rentals for at least one of the units.

This could be a maybe for me, but I would check with your insurance company to see if you might be held liable for a visitor getting injured in the pool.
