The only president who was not behind the banks was John Kennedy although his dad Joe Kennedy was a notorious Wall Street insider.

.- The HOA President lives off-site in an adjacent town.- There has been no list communicating as to which unit owners are even serving on the board (i.e. secretary, treasurer, vice president).I've been bringing these items to the attention of board members, the property management group, and other unit owners for the last two years and have not seen any progress.

The homes I find for buyers wanting to live up top and do Airbnb in the basement (or vice versa) don't seem to be that differently priced than just a straight up SFH in the same neighborhood.

One needs to find small local Commerical only banks.. usually 1 b or under in size . where you can actually meet the head credit officer and the bank president and such.. these are the banks you want to deal with for these situations.. 

They've done some kind of deal where they own the house, but not the land, or vice versa.
