If you asked me to re-use each piece I'm probably going to charge you enough in labor to make it worth while to get at least new skirting panels and try to reuse the skirting kit.

We asked for a second estimate and this one came in at $500 but this time we were able to talk to the technician and they explained that the two lower panels needed replacement.
