You really highlighted some of the major strategies and much of the info on BP focuses on some of these angles (flip versus buy and hold etc) but also lots of general info and overlap. 

There's nothing wrong with highlighting the positive aspects of the company you work at, and plus it sounds like eXp checks a lot of boxes for his situation.  

Maybe it would be better to highlight the feature than the prospective target market.
