CRE debt will have all sorts of things like lockouts, prepayment penalties, floating rates past some date (in many cases), etc.

I had some on the old interface, but when I hit that big red banner to drive the new car, they went away :( 

So if I can now buy a property for 100k lower than I could 9 months ago, even if my payment is higher and I am just breaking even on the property right now, If I can lock in the price and I can float along breaking even for a year or two or even three until rates come back down, then I can just refinance and start cash flowing better.

I don't want this to sound like a sales pitch, but it's not about money, it's about providing good infromantion, ways to do investing in an ethical manner and provide contracts and related documents that, hopefully will get rid of some of the junk that's floating around out there.

So he finishes 10k of work, wants to get paid, you put in the request and have to float that 10k for a few days. 

With the meter bypassed , it sounds to me that there may be a floating neutral .

Details:- Floating house on Lake Norris, TN, $35k purchase price- $210/month mooring fee for the marina- Comparable rental units range from $100/night to $400/night in peak time (June - Early September)From what I've seen, this should have, on the low end, $9k/year in revenue, and the payments per year should not be more than $7,500 (and that is with a 10-year loan and allowing another $300 per month average for expenses, including the mooring fee). 

Concrete doesn't fly or float, use metal decks. 

Of course not caught a fish but was the best trip because i was knowing theirs desires and the captain went them to the beach of Super Paradise where  i booked a table  in one of the best restaurant beach bar.The other case where my client asked what  to suggest him to make a romantic dinner in the villa , so I arranged a gourmet meal with chef, small candles floating in the pool and saxophone player playing  jazz music .
