Depending on the location, if it's a resort location or a common travel destination, it should do just fine.

Hello,Anyone that has an STR in the Destin area can you please provide information.

For a week’s vacation at a lake house or anywhere, I can see maybe having cable tv but for a destination weekend trip, not necessary.

We had a 30-day closing date that all parties were cruising along and pretty compliant given the complexity of these cases.

Obviously there are many states with vacation destinations that have also passed cannabis legalization, interested to hear if anyone is marketing themselves as a "420 friendly" rental?

I have found that all of the STR’s I have have significantly outperformed AirDNA rentalizer data in Destin, 30a, Smoky Mountains, and Forgotten Coast.I will say that the market-wide aggregate data is better (although still not perfect) than the rentalizer tool.

Which direction is cheaper to rent, to the destination or from the destination. 

Plus, it's the largest cruise ship terminal in the area.
