But, when new colors or trends come...they eventually go...and then you have to repaint or look dated.For instance, I personally think the stainless steel appliances of today are the next avocado green. :-)  Can't stand the look. 

No, someone did not break in mess with the dishwasher,  touch nothing else and leave.Now trying to figure out how to bend steel lol.I just said "Fine, I believe you."

@James Wise the appliances are fairly new but they aren’t stainless steel.

During rehab we hire a company which installs Steel Ventilated metal screens on door / windows.

For paint to stick you should scratch the surface first, use steel wool or something.

Aside from technical skill and experience, you also need a steel gut and a high degree of emotional intelligence to ride out volatility.
