We picked up gently uses but nice furniture, generic art to hang, kitchenware, and pretty much anything a home would need to live in.

Long term I would suggest "The Richest man in Babylon," How Win Friends and Influence People," "The Art of War," "The 4-Hour Work Week" and almost anything by Napoleon Hill.

I'm a hippie dippy liberal arts major, folks, so I obviously need someone to tell me how it is.

The numbers we used are typical for Single Family projects we've been involved w/ on Chicago's southside & we used them to illustrate the art of the possible.

Art,What I meant by that was we have encountered many situations where homeowners are constantly changing their minds throughout the renovation or building process.  

The art and craft is just different.

Friendly, family-centric environment that is a 5 minute drive to the arts district (which is booming) and sits above Boyle heights (also on its way up).

For the same amount of money, I could go back to Russia right now and buy Catherine The Great's palace with all of the art in it.  

Bill Gulley   would never consider coin operated metal shed type.. the TOUCHLESS state of the art  60 foot drive through in my mind the only way to go.. but as you state it takes some big money to get them going.
