Ironically, at a job I had a long time ago, it was the religious folk who were the least reasonable.For what it's worth, my opinion is to deny them, which you can legally do.  

My risk is minimized in this one particular instance because she has a co-signer, because she moved from her friends, because she has been renting recently successfully, has money saved in the bank and ironically I know her brother...

In any case the person didn't qualify because they couldn't pay their bills, kind of ironic.

I agree Greg, I've heard it's better to have an iron clad policy than to have one that varies according to the situation.

Would you rather buy a building with 6 or 8 twenty year old, noisy, rusty furnaces or the same building with a newer cast iron boiler?

I want to limit access to this carport, maybe with a (iron) gate. does anyone have any suggestions that will not break the bank.
