Today I got a semi-angry/disgruntled voicemail from a property owner who requested to be taken off my mailing list.

After less than 5 years on this path, I was able to semi-retire and am now enjoying a nice life.

Calling yourselves an "investor" group will automatically alienate a great number of people and politicians that may otherwise be sympathetic to your, our, cause.There are precise ways to handle this and even to grow it to a semi-large national scale.

And, putting a buyer in place before contracting, can help you out of the semi-common "no flip" rules the banks are putting in their contracts these days.

Same for the semi-annual service you do on your HVAC.
