Then I would just monitor for a little while and see if the problem is fixed or if you need to take further measures.  

Either way they are responsible for this damage.You may want to increase your inspection interval for this property to monitor for any additional damage.Maybe they will start being more careful once you send them the bill and apply it to what they owe.

I am currently putting up external cameras, have signs asking guests to respect quiet hours, have ordered a decibel monitoring device, and have visited with the police to explain I do not cater to parties.

I am monitoring closely the sales of duplexes especially around NE Philadelphia.

If it's not wired for cable, I would be sure that someone with experience with catv is there to monitor the wiring.
