You just have to be intense.  

I did do about 15 reno's there but no longer interested in that.. new builds are far easier and predictable than buying those 150 year old run down houses and then not really knowing what you have until you get half way into the project .. they are far more intense than a new build.

It’s capital intensive and you make zero money.

It was packed with kids learning and playing basketball.

John,As you state what he had to say was reasonable (very intense speaker) Our strategies also don't play into the timing of the market,as with you finding deals and motivated sellers.
