I think that was awesome, considering it wasn't like he was on a ranch with a professional trainer like they have on the Biggest Loser show.I know others that lost just shy of 2% and had the 9th best out of 10 in that contest....

Although the IRS (by definition) has characterized the income from a real estate rental activity as passive income, this definition in no way implies that the management of the activity is also passive.
