Examples would be a university, large hospital, military base, industrial complex (like a refinery or power plant). 

For more in depth understanding, you're best off to set up a meeting with your Title team and/or their plant manager.

Or an endangered plant may be growing on the lot, or its wetlands. 

It does not kill any plants, only the seeds before they come up and become weeds. 

Under estimating maintenance costs is the biggest source of failure I see for new landlords.I myself am super aggressive with calculation of physical depreciation of the plant.

If the tenant keeps a place nice, plants flowers, or does good maintenance I try to acknowledge that.
