They get to foreclose on a house, which while annoying, is likely a decent asset that they can fix up and sell off.

Expect tight time lines and very annoying clerical staff pushing you to do it "their way".   

It sounds like you're really more concerned about them being competition to you and not listing on your account either.In my view, you're a bit offside by getting annoyed that they are competing with you in the air bnb market when it really doesn't have anything to do with you choosing to rent a property to someone.

Anything that would make it a bit more annoying for random people to come to the area.  

I've even tried to update it in the past and it doesn't take, so that in itself is annoying.

Also moving money between them when larger items hit I imagine would be annoying.
