Recent Govt published Economic Report reported an uptick in New Home Construction which means existing inventories will also benefit with increasing home values.

Just today an article was published in the Denver Business Journal about a Credit Union not being cleared by the Federal Reserve to operate (even though credit unions are state chartered banks but, I digress). 

I dont claim to be a geopolitcal expert by any means, you may know more about Iran/OPEC relations than i do, but i do believe Iran is a potential target for OPEC based on its desire to be become a nuclear power.Since i wrote that post Houston Area Realtors (the local MLS) published a story saying we are headed to more inventory.As a house flipper, i say bring it on.

@Tom Chen#1 - I have found the published table is worthless, at least in my area. 

But, it's even worse than that -- they don't publish the standards by which they approve and deny payment for treatments, and they have "boards" who can overrule the standards (generally in favor of the company) at their own whim.
