And, for what it's worth, you do tend to be looking to merge a lot of conflicting ideas:- Class C returns in Class B+/A areas- Low stress + Self Management 😬- Economies of Scale without...well...scaleMy only advice would be to prioritize.

I think that's a great idea, but I don't know too much about it.I think the key to getting the best overall outcome is being able to pose the question to the attorney(s) with as much precision as possible, which will require some preparation and prioritization.

It could be argued that across the country in 2008-9, new construction in even the nicest subdivisions were among the worst properties and certainly the hardest hit.In other words, which would you prioritize between new construction and established neighborhood since many times they are mutually exclusive?
