Hey BP community,My name is Nick, I have been bouncing around the peripherals of BP since I did my first webinar on the BRRRR strategy back in October 2016 with Brandon (go PNW - land of beards and beers).

This gap funding came into my vision when I recently tried to bridge the gap on a recent deal of a hard money loan.

Personally, I made my vision plain, prayed, and executed something every day until I got here.

The magic is in the creative vision for the properties optimum potential and then value engineering a path towards accomplishing it. 

They usually don't have the vision to see what it will look like cleaned up.

My vision in all of this was to make some cash to re-invest in buy and hold houses.
