Doesn’t necessarily have to be “traveling nurses” or any other easily identifiable group.  

Anyway I am thinking to try mid term to traveling nurses for a bit as we are 5 mins away from University and Childrens. 

In order of most common to least common: travel nurses, families having their homes repaired or renovated, people visiting their family for an extended stay, groups traveling for work together (often for construction jobs), people moving to LA for the first time and still searching for where they want to live.

I am going for mid-term rentals and targeting travel nurses and other healthcare professionals as there are 2 hospitals--both within 1.5 miles from my property.

Your comments are always spot on.Canada is the land of "free" healthcare, but it also is the land of taxes on worldwide income ...so @Dennis Marcelo you should connect with a CPA or a tax practitioner that is familiar with the Canada/US tax convention.
