It’s a 7 story modern place.

This is already happening in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, etc. and those places didn't even emphasize community growth and planning in the same way modern, growth-oriented municipalities like Milton, Alpharetta, and Cumming/Forsyth County do now with town squares, walkability/connectivity, character areas, etc....The old way was just a lot of sprawl. 

Proper has more modern customer service and is a couple bucks cheaper. 

Absense a dramatic collapse in rents (no modern historical precedent for that) or a dramatic rise in expenses (i.e. quadrupling of taxes, skyrocketing insurance rates, etc.) a house that cash flows today will cash flow tomorrow whether or not the value of the house rises or falls.

Modern A-frames are a huge hit right now and since your area is in the Blue Ridge Mountains it would be perfect!

You have to make your property stand out by it being modern comfortable fun and great pictures.

No one is going to look at the brand they are just going to see they were replaced with modern windows.

Whatever modern vinyl thing you put in will be ready for the landfill in 1/4 that time.

I tend to agree with this, modern polyurethane is very durable and forms almost an epoxy-like seal.
