@Chris Masons I do not advise retirees to leverage I strongly advise they sell for numerous reasons.Higher returns on moderate to low risk income funds, freedom from maintaining real estate, less liability risk, less stress, simplify inheritance, No more demanding/crazy/stupid tenants,  retirement.You will never be retired as long as you own income properties.
