The latest was today a property that is in probate doesn't show under any of the search features. 

We travel, take daily walks together, attend church, assist at the Phoenix mission, garden, hike, keep up on the latest issues, have lunches and dinners with friends, attend family events and sit and stare at the stars.

However the 'Accessory' or homestead/sharing is harder to touch politically, and at least in the article you shared not part of this latest ban.

As I pointed out in my post in My thoughts on the latest episode of On the Market locally there are roughly 7,100 parcels owned by builders, which seems like a lot considering that in all of 2022, there were 20,608 home sales in Wake County (reference link in other post).
