If you and I are managing identical houses with identical tenants who pay 10 days late every month and you evict your tenant and I keep mine, who has more money over the course of a year?

If these are the case, this is more of a serious matter re: almost to the point of identity fraud in a sense. 

All units are identical in layout. 

More bluntly, if Zillow's algorithm lines up identically with an appraisal, well, it's more luck than anything else.  

When you are selling a property in a neighborhood where EVERY house is almost identical, then it will be VERY hard to get the property sold for a premium.

Also, doubling that up with Ring Central which has a motion activated camera / light that ties into your smart phone could go a long way toward making your property a less attractive target to copper thieves and other vandals.I hope there is a special place in Hell just for copper thieves.

I agree with you that 3 messages seems like a small number to achieve a ban.But you do have to understand the reasoning behind the ban for repeated colleague requests using the exact same text in the message - very easy for a spammer to program that kind of behavior to happen automatically.My suggestion - insert the name of the person you are contacting in your colleague requests; that would make it very hard for multiple requests to be identical.
