Pen and pad ready!

Most of the time if there are serious questions it's either "wedding night jitters" or you consciously (or subconsciously) padded your numbers.  

@Joe Splitrock  you have to back out NO  gas and on the west coast were gas is 3.50 a gallon  and no maintenance oil brakes and all upgrades come over the air as software upgrades.. you have to back that out and get to an effective cost of the car which is darn near half of purchase price.. 

Is it padded into the rent and offered as "free electricity" or is he billing separately as a power provider?

He explained the pad wears out and eventually we will need to replace that, as well.

The estimate is that it will cost at least 22k for bare infrastructure to have a vacant pad.

I would rather not have to deal with the variability and try to accurately pad the rents to cover it, much more risky as you also noted.

Powell tried to put the brakes on sensibly in 2018 and 19.  

Wouldn't mind having a brake, but don't have anywhere to put it.Bought an electric planer this year...can't believe I went this long without it.
