@Jonathan Twombly,It is always an uphill battle to collect once you are sued but if the LLC has proprieties in it; they can get what is in the LLC and sue you personal and get what you have, but it is up to the judge to make that decision.

I am a kilz fan for hiding dark shades, but the oil based I avoid unless battling something nasty, so try lower VOC)..
