That Realtor needs to be reported by your listing agent in the following order until you are sure she has been reprimanded or FIRED:1) Her broker2) The owner of the brokerage3) The local Realtors Association4) The State Realtors AssociationIf you don't report her, I can assure you she will continue to do this.

When the indebtedness is more than the house is worth, no 3rd parties bid and it goes back to the lender for $100 over the indebtedness (minimum bid)You can be assured that people are not buying free and clear houses for $100.
