The SE is just too low-income.

Commercial loans should not evaluate your personal credit per se. 

There are lots of forms available online, but as in my case when using those forms I realized pretty soon they were a complete waste as they were not fit for my state specific eviction process, and did nothing but get my tenants a free week. if you are evicting pro se go to the courthouse speak to the clerk and they will instruct you as well as give you the proper paperwork.

In SE Raleigh, you can buy a home for $150k that rents for $1300.

You still pay Self Employment tax in an S-Corp, but it is restructured as Social Security/Medicare withheld from the paycheck and matched by the "employer", but it is still basically Self Employment TaxYou can save quite a bit of SE tax through an S-Corp, but it is not mitigated altogether.

If landlords in SE Michigan and other regions were to join this effort or initiate concurrent efforts we should be able to raise significant funds and have a greater impact.

If I don't invest in northeast Michigan, my biggest likelihood of success will likely be SE Michigan@Charles Kao I do need to look more wider afield in North East Michigan, and I will do so.
