Morris is not a turn key provider he is simply a marketing person.. and a great one at that.. but he has no clue about real estate that I can absolutely tell you.. to infer that D class is better than A and B it takes someone who simply does not know better to make a statement like that.. its a total rookie who saw a niche to use his star power to make a ton of dough on the back of a lot of really innocent victims.
